Brownell Memorial Park and Carillon Tower is just outside Morgan City, Louisiana on beautiful Lake Palourde.  It is a quiet park of great serenity and natural beauty, where you can experience the true feeling of Louisiana's unique cypress bayous.

The park is curently closed (as of March 2004).
